Shanta Islam

Shanta Islam is the visionary founder of Beyond Barriers — a comprehensive child development and therapy center serving all of Bangladesh. She has dedicated her career to creating a world where every child can shine beyond limits. Under her leadership, Beyond Barriers has grown to 3 branches with over 60 specialists, providing 10 specialized therapy and assessment services.

Her philosophy centers on working closely with parents, providing guidance, regular feedback, and practical strategies so progress continues at home — not just during sessions. This holistic approach has helped over 1000 families across Bangladesh.
